Shameela (est. 1995) is a creative strategist and multidisciplinary designer with a strong focus on brand identity, campaign design, and visual storytelling. She creates bold, community-centered work in New York City, and currently leads visual design, brand identity, and creative strategy at NYC\u2019s Department of Youth & Community Development.<\/p>

Currently based in New York City, I bring a community driven perspective to everything I do. My work sits at the intersection of culture, public service, and design, shaped by my experience creating for youth focused initiatives and citywide campaigns.<\/span><\/p>

I believe in strong visuals, intentional communication, and design that makes complex ideas feel clear and engaging. I enjoy building thoughtful brand identities, developing campaign concepts, and turning ideas into work that people can connect with and understand.<\/span><\/p>

I\u2019m drawn to projects that create real impact, especially those that support and uplift communities that are often overlooked.<\/span><\/p>
